Motivational Speaking

Rocco Scalzi and the Quarterbacks of Life from the BTO Foundation travel the country offering organizations and corporations the opportunity to hear powerful messages of dreams, goals, overcoming obstacles and the importance of having a never give up attitude.

The BTO Foundation speaks on Self Worth, Desire, Belief, Strengths, Goals, 3 R's and Action. This is a powerful step-by-step process to allow one’s self to achieve the dreams and goals, whether personal or in business, through a proven method of success defined as self-improvement and forward movement in the face of life's challenges.

Corporate America can benefit in two ways:

  • One, it can sponsor the Quarterbacks of Life Mentoring Program for a school district of their choosing, which establishes their company name in a light that the communities will respect and admire for their interest in giving back to youth in their area!
  • Two, Corporate America can benefit from the program and its speakers as well, when motivation or direction is needed in the work place. Rocco Scalzi and Bob Wieland are the featured speakers, but any of the Quarterbacks of Life can join Rocco, depending on time and area, to speak on their life stories and motivations. The BTO Foundation has worked with many businesses helping their staffs and employees recover and build on a new direction and create a life-long desire to succeed!

Dear Rocco:

Thank you for your dynamic presentation to the sales force of U.S. Foodservice™.  Your message of never giving up was very appropriate for the group.

As you know, sales in any industry is a challenge.  You were successful at captivating the audience with your personal story as well as the ideals of "Dreams, Goals and Obstacles".

After the meeting I had several associates make it a point to tell me how much they appreciated your presentation.  You are to be commended for delivering such a powerful, professional and necessary message.  I keep the "Seven Step Success Cycle" on my desk as a reminder that nothing is impossible with the right desire and hard work.

Thank you again for turning our ordinary sales meeting into an extraordinary event for all participants.

Sincerely,

Rocco Alianiello, President
U.S. Foodservice - Altoona/Greensburg Division
