Students from Antelope Valley Learning Academy (Palmdale, CA) traveled to Dayton, OH for a Beating the Odds Experience with Quarterback of Life Larry Connor.
Students researched the life of Larry Connor using the Five Stepping Stones to Success and tied their own personal stories to the Stepping Stones. Following the student presentations, Larry shared stories from his life, including overcoming many challenges to achieve great success. Students enjoyed a very interactive Q&A and then flew a Mars Expedition Mission at the Challenger Learning Center.
