Assembly held at Altoona Area School District

Beating the Odds Foundation hosted a Quarterbacks of Life school assembly program for fourth through sixth-grade elementary students of the Altoona Area School District.

Approximately 1,700 students and 100 teachers piloted the Quarterbacks of Life Student Mentoring Program during the 2008-2009 school year. Students and teachers got to meet and hear the stories of several of the Quarterbacks of Life mentors during the assembly.
